About Sheila Jones
My Story
My very first job was delivering newspapers. On this paper route, I learned about responsibility and accountability, how to sell subscriptions, how to increase profits, how to handle customers, how to resolve problems, and of course the grit to manage four seasons.
Over time, I went on to become a chef, teach culinary skills, and compete in culinary competitions. In the middle of my culinary career, I went to Hormel Foods and caught the bug to become a Food Scientist. I kept thinking that one day I would walk into grocery stores and see products I had created line the shelves. Honestly, I could have never imagined the incredible journey ahead of me. Amazingly I have worked for Nestle, Campbell Soup, Walmart, and Savencia Fromage and Dairy/Advanced Food Products.
During my time at Walmart, I sat shoulder to shoulder with CEOs and developed everything from potato chips to diabetic meters. We developed strategies to grow business, resolved global supply chain problems, reduced operational challenges—and drove billions in profits. My time at Walmart was extra special because I was also able to develop hundreds of people. I became known as The Job lady!
In 2015, I took a position at Savencia Fromage/Advanced Food Products. In this role, I was part of the executive leadership team helping to run the company. I led lots of firsts, from new products and divisions to building the talent needed to move the company forward.
In 2022, I joined WR Group Inc. My role was to position us for outside financial investment, and I was quick to get the job done. After that accomplishment, I started on my own passion project and began Whicked Results. I have helped many companies all over the world increase their profits, develop their teams, and produce WHICKED RESULTS! I can help YOU, too.
Today, my dreams are channeled into a single focus: helping people grow their potential. One of my goals is to HELP 1 MILLION PEOPLE GET HIRED! Another goal is to equip and encourage educators. And I want to help YOU realize your full capacity and live life to the max. Let’s do it!
