A few years ago, I taught my four-year-old cousin how to make ice cream. I had an old fashion recipe using heavy cream and sugar. We made ice cream all day and then invited the family to come purchase our ice cream. We made a big sign! We had a bunch of fancy toppings. We made big money! We ate more than we sold and got a stomachache from eating too much whipped cream. We had an absolute blast. For my cousin and I, it is a memory that will last a lifetime.
Why am I sharing this story? Simply put, I love kids. I love to see them learn and I love teaching!
